The first commercial project with Oreon water-cooled LED fixtures was installed back in 2009. Now our LED fixtures are worldwide deployed in the horticulture and vertical/indoor farming industry above various types of crops. Oreon stands for innovation, quality and flexibility. Our mission is to offer growers customized LED lighting solutions to further optimize their growing conditions and energy efficiency.

Job description

As an International Sales Manager, you combine relationship management with active business development. You are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities, primarily in the Netherlands and Northern Europe. You advise growers on technical solutions and manage commercial projects from the initial contact through to implementation. In this independent field sales role, you will have a great deal of freedom to further expand your market.

Profile 

  • Experience in an independent international sales or account management role 
  • Preferred: affinity with greenhouse horticulture, technology, or electronics 
  • Preferred: technical background (preferably MTS/HTS level or equivalent) 
  • Commercially driven and not afraid to open new doors 
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and relationship-oriented 
  • Able to present technical solutions convincingly 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a strong advantage
